Shia Saide LaBeouf, born June 11, 1986, is a critically acclaimed American actor and filmmaker known for his wide range of roles and ventures. He rose to fame as Louis Stevens in the Disney Channel series Even Stevens, winning a Daytime Emmy Award in 2003. LaBeouf's film career began with The Christmas Path in 1998, but he gained significant recognition with his performances in Disturbia and Surf's Up in 2007. His notable role as Sam Witwicky in the Transformers film series from 2007 to 2011 solidified his status as a leading action star. In addition to acting, LaBeouf has also ventured into directing, making his debut with the short film Let's Love Hate in 2004 and Maniac in 2011.
